Does souls even drop in this server?

Hey i've been playing newly, and noticed there hasn't been any soul drops, is this normal or what?
if there was.. then i was wondering where it drops or what monster drops it most likely.

i've tested it my self..
Souls can be drop anywhere..

i played like 3 hours hunting for soul but not even 1 dropped :S
