A question for everyone

Dear Everyone,
Hey i got a question. You know the skill tree when you press ( a ) what is it for?
Is it permanent too?
How does it work?
Oh by the way is the maxed stats going to change?
Please reply as fast as you can but don't rush yourself

I tried to upgrade it and then when i reset it disappears?
Explain how come it doesn't stay when i reset?

Wait i think i figured it out.
Somehow i found out when i was level 1-399 its not there.
But then! I was level 400 and i saw the points and everything back?
Explain this please.

then just make the skill tree when you're not going to reset anymore

even if i change that....those visual bug won't change..
all private servers got those visual bug
i'm currently working on balancing the classes w/o changing the stats...
at the moment i already balanced MG and DL to BKs
MG+Forti VS BK + Forti = balanced...ony luck matters...
DL+Forti+CD vs BK+Forti = balanced...
and seems that all classes need to have Forti Buff before fighting to a BK
all private servers got those visual bug

You need to be gain some amount of Skills at 1st before you can use the skill tree again , Like when you reset , Your skill tree is off .
You gonna have to lvl up until its on again .
